These Terms & Conditions apply to the text messaging program and websites of Bienvenido USA ("Bienvenido," "we," "us" or "our"), a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. By joining our text messaging program or using our websites, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.
Text Messaging (SMS/MMS) Program
1. Program description
Bienvenido USA sends recurring text messages with alerts, donation requests, updates, and other important information about our work, events and programs.
By entering your phone number and selecting to opt in, you consent to join a recurring SMS/MMS text messaging program that will provide alerts, donation requests, updates, and other important information. By participating, you agree to the terms & privacy policy for auto dialed messages to the phone number you provide. Msg&data rates may apply. Msg frequency varies. 2. How to opt in
You join by entering your mobile phone number on one of our sign-up forms and checking the box labeled "I agree to receive text messages." You must be the mobile account holder or have the account holder's permission to enroll the number. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of donating or of receiving any other service from us.
3. How to opt out
Reply STOP to any message at any time. You will receive one final message confirming you have been unsubscribed, and you will receive no further texts unless you opt in again.

5. Message frequency and costs
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply, according to your mobile carrier's plan. Bienvenido USA does not charge for text messages.
6. Carriers
The program is available on major U.S. mobile carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
7. Privacy
We do not rent, sell or share your SMS information. Your phone number and opt-in consent are used only to deliver our text messaging program, as described in our Privacy Policy.
All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Use of Our Websites
8. Content
The text, logos, images and other content on our websites belong to Bienvenido USA or are used with permission. You may share our content for personal, non-commercial purposes with credit to Bienvenido USA. Please do not copy or use it for other purposes without our written permission.
9. Donations
Donations are processed by a third-party payment processor. Contribution and tax-deductibility details are provided on our donation pages and receipts.
10. Links to other websites
Our websites may link to websites run by others. We are not responsible for their content, terms or privacy practices.
11. Disclaimer
Our websites and text messages are provided "as is." We work to keep information accurate and up to date but make no guarantees, and we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of our websites or text messaging program, to the extent permitted by law.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated version on this page and change the effective date above.
